Eternal Kingdoms (EKs) are small player run Worlds. Eks can be designed with parcels, structures, and decoration and even with placeable NPC spawns. The owning player can set the rules and rulers of their and decides how it will operate (PvP - on/off, taxes etc) and It's also possible to invite other players to join your kingdom in order to play your own sandbox.
Kingdom Builder
Eternal Kingdoms are composed of parcels that are pre-joined cells that can be placed in Eternal Kingdoms with the Kingdom Builder. They can be crafted and be transferred between the different worlds an can be rotated or removed when placed but cannot overlap each other.
There are different types of parcels which have different effects and restrictions
- Stronghold parcels allow you to build cities and castles, like a fort, keep, castle, mountain citadel or an imperial palace. The parcel will also include some natural elements like trees, rocks, rivers, escarpments and waterfalls. They are intended to act as housing and marketplace areas. In many cases, friends and guilds will combine their houses and collaborate to build cities.
- Resource parcels are single and multi-cell parcels that players can drop around their stronghold parcels. Available as a woodland grove, woodland hills or woodland creek, they offer harvestable resources like wood from trees, stone from rocks and ore from mineral deposits. Players will also be able to drop some props and decorative elements onto these areas, but resource parcels are generally not intended for building placement.
- Roads are coming.
Structures can be placed with Deeds.
Overview of the parcels available in Pre-Alpha 5.4
